apparently in France all of the infighting left-wing parties united and created like an alliance under threat of the far-right. i hope something similar happens; iirc there’s a lot of left-wing people who are like “voting doesn’t do anything lmao” and don’t vote and then there’s a lot of center-ish people who are like “I hate the Democrat candidates so i am voting for trump despite liking the democrats as a party more”
