burnt a bridge with a colleague. He deserved it because he has a bad work ethic and said to my face that he refuses to sweat like i and the other best workers do
but i do regret doing it publicly as it caused me to undermine the other night manager; he didn’t deserve that. i also regret bringing in another worker’s name into it (she’s also my best friend atm) just to support my argument
