i have stress dreams about arguing with other peoples dads. this isnt fair

my nightmares are usually that i wake up and have to actually do things and then i wake up and it’s still 5 am
at first id just kinda pop in and out of real world situations but now i get deeper and deeper. its kinda disorientating because theyre mundane regular interactions thatll just linger afterwards with no seperation from reality
