Even in BotC where you can fully talk and engage some players drop off
in Jail weāre giving them 24 hours after eod to decide
Combinatorics mafia rolesā¦
1 shot publicly reveal a playerās alignment: town mafia or mason. Town with this role risk revealing a mason to hunt for a mafiaā¦
can I design it with you
Yes nya nya mya
is mya just a typo or is it nya but may
I canāt decide if I want to keep Nintorās ājails are sacred, all jail info is accurateā rule. I worry things would get overwhelming otherwiseā¦ I think in a closed setup they have to be sacred? Theyāre equivalent ti flips
Itās a typo but it can be the latter
Hmmm you could play jails like a totally nornal mafia game by just jailing 1 at a time. But nobody would night die
I think itās fine to not have them be accurate as long as the ways Jail can be wrong are publically known
so like, if it was stated in the OP that thereād be one wolf who shows up as town itās fine IMO
well
you could do that but mafia will probably outpace you when chasing masons then
Yah thatās why I said in a closed setup they must he sacred. Could mess with them in an open or semi open. BotC combinatorics?
Identical roleset for mafia and masons?
Nintorās version gave both factions a factional depower, which vanillaised a player, functionally making roles able to be Killed if claimed, even if you couldnāt shut up the person with them
I guess fhe question is what mechanics would enhance rhe game rather than existing for their own sake which I can only answer once the vanilla version of yhe game has been played to completion
I have an idea (it may be bad)
also I think we should make an OP DM to not put roles that are possibly for a closed setup into cookie thread

Thanks for reminding me to work on BOTC Yellow flavour, May.
