OH wait yeah it also had no nightkills psure. that would explain it
i dont mind rng ties, each player has agency over it not occuring (unless they are afk for eod). it would suck if ur afk and u cant influence it. but if ur online u have the choice to let it through or not and/or persuade your fellow players to not let it through and back off
Favour was announced on ties only. The game ended on two consecutive ties. So we knew the last wolf team had a favour of like 3 (lower was better) and were waiting in suspense to see if the Good team they tied with got even luckier
They did not
Itâs RNG ties but evil
the only evil incarnate ties ive seen (or heard rumors, i forgot if i played there or not) was zoneâs tie â random player outside tie is executed
I mean
if youâre online at EOD then you can prevent the tie⌠by voting the wagon youâre not currently on (which you probably think is townier)
you can persuade others but thatâs kinda like saying âjust find the wolvesâ imo
the 2nd most evil is tie â no execution
Yeah I heard about this
it was ran here
oh ngl I played a mini-setup which had ârandom town player outside the tie gets executedâ
but due to the setup, and that being clearly stated, it was ok
do you dislike rng ties from an enjoyment or wincon perspective? i agree theyâre down low on the enjoyment department. every other solution is siding with the wolves though, except âfirst to reach tie diesâ, that oneâs netural
I should make a setup
enjoyment
some solutions arenât wolfsiding tho
like if we had the most recently killed player decide ties (whoâd usually be the nightkill)
I like first to reach tie dies because I was a wolf in one and everybody was sooo content to leave things in a tie and let the claimed VT get executed but I went and last minute solo broke the tie to get the unclaimed JOAT executed. Canât do that with rand ties
I am making a setup rn thtbhtbthbthbthb
That seems delayful and asking players to keep up with game after theyâre killed often ends poorly
What if I made Combinatorics Role Madness
do they make a list or they need to wait and submit? there might be some issues with timezones here in either way. if they make a list, their list might be bad due to missing a claim at eod due to timezones, making a bad tie list. if its the second the wolves would need to wait for them to come online which might take a lot of time
oh
yeah thatâs true
though this is the tie resolution thatâll be used in Jail (the delay has been accounted for)
