the first ever uty geno run staple is scraping by all the hard fights then eating shit on the next one because you used all your items on the last one but now you scraped by this fight by using your entire inventory. and so on.
Okay but :may;
Flowey initiates the Pacifist/Neutral resets, and thereby remembers those routes whilst Clover does not. Flowey is dead in Genocide, and given the lack of player-commentary in this game, it can only be rightly assumed that Clover reset out of… guilt. This is reasonable since the Genocide route doesn’t really give Clover any major information regarding Pacifist/Neutral, although there really could’ve been some cool post-Geno variation if the routes were as well written as Underswap or Outertale. Akin to regular Undertale, Aborted Genocide doesn’t really provide Flowey with any reason to believe he’d lose control of the situation, either.

i have never beaten sans yet i have beaten geno final within like 2 hours!
i’ve gotten to the point where i can beat the final boss fight somewhat trivially. but i can confidently say may will eat shit for at least three hours
