My cohort of London people were well-acquainted with the fire department by end of October. We had an alarm at least thrice a week.
Second time. Only one evacuation first year. Somebody was smoking in one of tthe upstairs lounges and they didn’t let us back in until somebody confessed to having been there

That’s because the neutral route does a poor job of justifying it whilst the Genocide route justifies similar logical leaps way better when you consider that Clover actually has explicit independence before the ending.
