If it’s a misdemeanor then you’re entitled to an attorney. There’s a good chance you qualify for a public defender. Apply. You may have to pay a small fee but if you’re actually going to court for a criminal (albeit incredibly minor) offense, take advantage of your virtually free attorney.

thats so much though what happened again? you got into a car crash and it was an accident, why you have to go to court for it? well i guess people do go to court for it. i dont know anything about driving id crash my car immediately. sorry that happened :(
