but i feel like there’s always mistakes that I make that i can improve on later and there’s actually little meta (i am in lower ranks so take it with a grain of salt). as in, the meta is “play whichever character you are most skilled at”

gold and below are all consistently newbie
dia is a mix of decent to good players
chally tends to be good to quite good ones
omega is really good players and pro league is great players, with very very few exceptions in either rank

that’s probably just beacuse of the lack of placement matches which is an actual problem

placing everyone in rookie rank was probably a mistake. i believe they have fixed this ? but i don’t know for sure
