I don’t think me saying “imagine a rock sinking in water” is art but the actual dropping of the rock could be; it’s the execution that matters.
& like… stamp brushes don’t seem that relevant becuase you are choosing to use them for a reason besides “this is what images look like”; I don’t care about the use of other things and if anything the concious re-use of something makes something better because it adds the meaning of the thing you’re sampling
