Cats can have relationships with each other created through daily scenarios or through items. All cats can have an infinite number of “friends” and “rivals”, which affects their numbers for the RPG thing, and then they can also have up to 4 total “best friends” or “partners”. Partners can have kittens together, that’s the only difference. So you can set whether your cat has up to 1 partner and 3 best friends, 0 partners and 4 best friends, or any number of partners and best friends
