Phobies was a fun card-esque game, really high level of ceiling of complexity though. Its more like chess. Theres no RNG and you can summon any card at any time. So there is theoretical best move you can do every turn. I got a bit overwhelmed hehe

john marshall just took a huge power grab by establishing the concept of judicial review in marbury v madison, while also using it to rule in favor of thomas jefferson, the biggest endorser of a weak federal government, so he couldn’t fight against it without looking like an idiot
