Under normal circumstances, you do not enter a REM sleep stage until you have been asleep for about 90 minutes.

none of these involve “five two-hour naps”!

thats because benguined misread what we were talking about and i didnt bother to correct them this time

it was “4 2 hour sleeps” that i read about some time ago

getting 8+ hours of sleep is important. and so is deftly weaving around rem

and thats because they hate the good sleep schedules
