I have this constant fear that something is going to spawn in the darkness like I am in minecraft, even though that isn’t a thing ever IRL

A phobia-phobia, like an extreme irrational fear that affects your life significantly, is considered and treated like a mental illness, yeah. People use the word more colloquially to refer to any specific fear, even milder ones
