In general, like. It’s not a big deal. Brain doesn’t work sometimes. Being afraid of it and considering every small thing a Scary Serious Issue to be treated with fear makes it worse for me. Worrying too much about brain not working often ends up worse than the actual initial issue. So I like talking casually about it
