they won if there were no Blue Dragon alive when the game ended (starting king didn’t count)
we thought for a while it had to do with them dying, but that turned out to be because if they were alive the game wouldn’t autoresolve with some BD still alive
so they could lose in the case of a draw (although BD/non-BD draws were pretty hard to get), but they could also lose if e.g. there were 3 unseen and a phys and the game auto-ended
