Well, not in standard FM games usually. Actions normally resolve at the phase transitions, typically night to day, but for non-immediate days actions it’s day to night. Immediate actions resolve at the time of submission, and given that submission windows end before the phase transition, queued immediate actions still resolve a meaningful amount of time before non-immediate actions do (usually). So, queued for the last moment possible is still at the start of EoD rather than at the phase transition. This does not matter for the ability in question as far as I can tell, but it hypothetically could with other actions.

i joke but i prefer it that way it’s more fun
this seems hard to avoid without also banning some ~unavoidable things (“wow the guy who always posted in Australian timezones and talked like Hazzy is suddenly posting at 4 AM AEST”)
and like if you try to do this you open yourself up to a lot of risk if you ever happen to be busy during those hours

I played a Thing game on MU forever ago, and took over the account of an Australian (Disquieted). I made sure to post during hours that made sense for someone from Australia. This annihilated my sleep schedule, but we won and I regret nothing. (After killing the last non-American, I posted once more in the middle of the night like “I guess I’m going to be talking to myself during the day now” to give myself an excuse to only post during normal American hours from then on.)
