sushi is (traditionally) intended to be eaten in a single bite so you can just your fingers in a pinch, but chopsticks are usual utensil. if you don’t have chopsticks or can’t use them, idk slide a fork under the roll or something. as for the temperature to eat it at, again, traditionally it’s eaten the way it’s presented to you by a chef, so you should be able to just each it right out of whatever package you got it from. cold sushi is very normal though, and I’ve literally never had to heat it up before.
