its definitely possible, anything is possible in software, just a matter if its feasible is what ends up deciding if we see something or not

Having a god-tier AI that can’t be beat isn’t something that most players would want to play against - who enjoys getting annihilated by a 3800 rated bot in chess more than a couple times? - so it’s not really worth the enormous amount of effort and server time it’d require.
