honestly from just having finished kiiās ISO i donāt think itās impossible that heās just a really frustrated townie. obviously the whole at least one of three is scum thing is weird and refusing to reevaluate his scumread on zorvo is not a great look but like. idk itās not out of the realm of possibility for him to be town i think but i also donāt know his meta and could just be talking out of my ass.
