It quotes the OP if you aren’t responding to any post, and it quotes the message you’re answering if you are. So you could quote the entire OP and delete everything except the playerlist, or (if somebody sets aside a playerlist message) you could hit the button on that.

It’s a niche command, but the nice part of that quote button in the posting menu is that it preserves HTML commands. That’s not significant for gameplay purposes, but it can be nice.
