If Jarek does not protect neil_the_eel, then it costs 1 KP to kill both Jarek and neil (just kill Jarek and let neil die, both die during the night)
If Jarek does protect neil_the_eel, then it costs 1 KP to kill both Jarek and neil (kill Jarek to kill first him and then neil at the end of the day phase)
