Basically if a Mafia Goon Claims PR but is checked by the Town Vanilla Cop it means that mechanically one of the Town Vanilla Cop/Mafia Goon has to be a wolf.

Almost all role are better for scum, than town.
Alligments cop might be the only exception.

No it does not, an alignment cop is a powerful investigative in a set up that we know have VTs, meaning it is not multipoweres meaning that just as we have VTs, mafia gotta have goons to balance the power. Two cops throws out balance in a standard light PR set up.
