So unless âalsoâ is terrible autocorrect fail from âalwaysâ.
Which could have terrible results, considering I was thinking to pull it in case I need âone more dayâ to ignite. Exactly due to being told itâs active and invisible.
Weird
I mean, yes I understand why you interpreted it as being able to turn on and off
Because an active ability can be turned on and off, but a passive ability is always on
I think Frost meant to say itâs always active, but I assume this mightve been an English error rather than an autocorrect error.
Reason I asked (and I got my answer long before the rolecard changes) is because I was wondering if it was a provable role or not. Like you, I figured scum could fake claim mayor safely if the double vote was meant to be activated and deactivated. I wanted to know if I would be considered an IC by having a double vote and claiming it, and also if I could tell whether there was a second mayor in the setup.
So⌠yeah, all of that gets blown out of the water when the double vote is a permanent passive ability that is always active.
I think this probably all resulted from changing the janitor to be less bastard, giving him a compensatory strongman, and then it didnât matter whether you were death immune or not. I canât criticize the hosts since I understand they did their best to fix setup issues while the game had already started, but yeah, the way it ended up was kinda screwy, even if it worked out in some odd way. Since it essentially means you never saw the version of your rolecard that said you were DI when it couldâve affected your claim tactic, nor was there originally a strongman supposed to be in place, but the original solution was that your flip wouldâve been altered and you still wouldâve died lol.
