This announcement is spread by criers across the Kingdom.
As those who wish to legitimately buy a license buy them, the Treasury goes up. +500 Treasury. There crops up a flourishing business for using the press, mostly located in the Coast. +2 Patrician Trade. A bit of business shows up elsewhere, too, though. +1 All Else Trade
Those who wish to not have their licenses revoked publish good tidings about the King. +1 Authority. Not everyone is so keen to do so, however, and a small black market crops up for illegal printing efforts. -1 Stability.
Still, only those who can afford it can print. The press remains out of the hands of the common people… for now.
