i have retconned a bit of lore that Litten has already established
The Counts did absolutely nothing about the mysterious, land-sapping Fog in the East. Now, the Fog has spread wide, killing crops and animals. Worst of all, any human that ventures inside the densest regions of the Fog to investigate ends up never coming out alive; bodies have frequently been discovered near the edge of the Fog, seemingly from the people that went inside. No one has lived to tell the tale, but rumors circulate it came from a clash between immortal vampires, or wizards, or from the Seventh God. What should we do?
VOTE: What should we do about the mysterious Fog?
A: Send a team of Inquisitors to dispel the Fog. (55% chance of working, based on Faith)
B: Hire a wizard to dispel the Fog. (-Treasury among others)
C: Send Quayle University scholars and researchers to find out what happened. (45% chance of working, based on Stability)
D: The East is really big, you know. Uproot our homes and move elsewhere. (+Defiance among others)

I feel like the existence of the fog is very detrimental to pigeons. because of the whole âkillingâ thing.
We should, therefore, take the surest route out. And that is with wizardry.

Pigeons are a part of a balanced ecosystem. Without pigeons, the farms will suffer. Without farms, the pigeons will suffer. That is ultimately very unfortunate indeed.
frankly i canât see the point in hiring a wizard shouldnât the kingdom already have court wizards on payroll
