It’s more likely to be similar to the second set of scenarios. Which is a worse method than the 3 person method.

You’d have 3 people clear in 4 trials. Compared to 3 people clear in 3 trials.

You can take a shot and screw up monumentally in a game in which ITAs are enabled.
But not taking a shot is worse since evils will happily use the bonus killing power.
