3 players chosen every time = PoEing the entire list within 3 times (Though they’d be 1 in 3s)
2 players chosen every time = PoEing the list down within 5 times (Though they’d be 1 in 2s)
I think the bonus 2 trials would be better spent PoEing the 1 in 3s down.
Doing the 2 players chosen thing until you get a 0 and then doing 3 players each time = PoEing the entire list within 4 times (They’d be 1 in 3s)

Doing 2s is strictly worse. Especially with Someone’s plan to “Switch to 3s after getting a 0”

The 3rd scenario confirms 3 players
Choosing 2 then 3 players is strictly worse than choosing 2 or 3 players the entire time until we PoE the wolves.

Timeline matters, getting confirmed town EARLY is much more valuable
I mean its optimal if you are risk averse

As long as we’re organised we can wait a long time to get confirmed town and it’s still fine.
The 3x 1s is a worst case scenario and then that means we get 3 confirmed players right after it.
ultimately though the goal here is to be faster than wolves, not to minimize the number of guesses in the worst case
so, we do have to take some risks
