I was thinking of it largely as that too, which is why it’s so low - it’d probably be higher htan “move to another country” if we’re talking like “you can exploit this to just pick some political figure doing somtehing you hate”, and if it’s full omniscient I-can-kill-the-one-person-whose-death-would-benefit-me-the-most it’d probably be better than allergy or intolerance. But really one person’s death is not very likely to do anything that good, or even anything predictable

my answer as to why 100% mental health sucks is, like. even if it’s my ideal of Perfect Mental Health, to take it through that means would feel like destroying part of my own identity. and i don’t want to change like i was hit by a lightning bolt, i want to change like a moth’s cocoon or a gentle wave, y’know?

In the abstract if I were pre-birth selecting Which Country To Live In there’s probably other ones I’d go for because not being able to drive in the US sucks. But if we’re talking the life I have with the factors that growing up here influenced (the language I speak, the people I know), I do want to continue living here. If I didn’t, I’d be planning to move already
