I dont see the difference tbh. Theyre both mafia, the same creativity is allowed in both. Why is one a better playground when theyre both the same playground?

Who’s supposed to be moderating the Grand Idea Thread?

chloe. she stopped

yeah
It was supposed to have, like runnable roles i think

But that changed overtime bc people didnt use both they just used one

I think that you could still run a game with the Grand Ideas thread so long as everyone involved knew what they were getting into.

Everything you can do in KRC you could do in a mountainous game bc the wish granter theoritically allows for basically anything

this too, if youre running a grand idea game i dont think people are looking for a super competitive experience, same with something like a bastard game. Theyre more so looking for unique interactions and pushing limits of what is possible

Because onemakes it easiee to be creative

Im just gonna agree to disagree bc i think we just go through the creative process differently

I just don’t mentally separate joke roles/good roles you can make a good joke role

Sorry I’m walking. Anyway my genie/KRC distinction:
It is easier to make fun/weird roles in rolemadness than in near-mountainous, having more roles to interact with gives you a way wider variety of tools.

Additionally, it’s easier to design roles when you have no pervert’s incentive to make them make you win: designing a role for somebody else is more interesting than straight UPick IMO
