i feel like just because of the gladiate, a lot of players are just forgetting to read the rest of the game and it’s kind of frustrating. i think wolves are >rand to be in the people only talking about seth/brad/kiiruma whereas villagers are more likely to be discussing other slots, because villagers will naturally strive to get a better grasp on the game as a whole. wolves don’t have to solve the game so will probably only really care about the gladiate, because that’s all that matters for their agenda today - depending on whatever kiiruma and seth’s alignments are.

I am looking at all this and I would say this is not a slot I would end up pushing today. I think pushing strong players versus strong mafia players is inherently anti-town and ruins the gamestate of the game anyway. Now that sounds like something mafia would want doesn’t it

do you actually think arctic is strong/towny or are you just basing this comment off of what other ppl are saying?

• I think this is a towny thought, it seems like a bold assumption to me.
• Not sure how messed up this thing is but, I think the “well now i’m curious” was a towny thing to say. On top of that I don’t think wolves would be as so blunt as to say “also you hit the nail on the head there”.
• Arctic’s sassiness here gave a town vibe okay?

these reads seem a bit forced, but I’m willing to give a pass since I’m pretty sure I see everything as forced or fake

I’m inclined to think this is a better look for cape (or at least implies not w/w with kii or isolde), since I don’t really think he would forget his partners’ abilities.

Discussion of the theoretical value of such analysis isn’t of interest to me, I don’t doubt your belief in it and I sharply disagree, but that is not the point I am trying to make. My point was you seemed to be wanting to over-focused on arguing about a non-aligned read based on incredibly slight reasoning, one that ultimately boils down to scum would/wouldn’t act this way together in early game. It boils down to personal interpretation and so is easy to argue for either way. The decision to argue about that pinged me because it felt like arguing for the sake of arguing rather than having any legitimate interest in arctic’s perspective, either for determining his own alignment or for reconsidering the non-alignment read between wzza and lol.

which given this, do you think if Prophylaxis is wolf, does that make wazza and lol town?

I really don’t get why catbae has been catching heat for some of their posting that seems reasonable like not wanting to gladiate someone a few hours into day 1. I personally feel like it’s a good day 2 type of play but not necessarily late game.

I disagree with this read; putting a lot of thought into a post that’s mostly defensive/explanatory isn’t necessarily towny - most scum would put thought into defending themselves

i asked who you thought was mafia because you hadn’t given any wolfreads until now, which given my experience with you as a villager is pretty uncharacteristic. in railgun as a villager you wolfread a bunch of people off the bat. in hydra popcorn as a wolf you floated around the thread without any real pushes until at the end of the day. this game it seems like the latter - didn’t look concerned with scum hunting. you entered the thread with what looked like a pre-determined conclusion, townreading seth, catbae kiiruma and brad for unknown reasons
