yeah i play completely differently in turbos with the main difference being i get misyeeted a lot
like, prob top 3 players among the regulars who get misyeeted, compared to normal games where i’m hardly ever yeeted
i’m also more accurate in turbos i think
It’s not even turbos I play similarly in longform Discord it’s just the confidence of being in a community where I’m familiar with everyone and know they respect me as a player
maybe I play better on MU because nobody thinks i’m good over there

Not to say I don’t think you all, like, base respect me, it’s just that, like, if on multiple occasions, people have said “I want to play more Like May” and then promptly gotten themselves executed because they can’t pull it off like I can, that does something to your ego. And so I am much more confident in pushing what I believe. I think it makes me a better player. It would certainly make me a better player here, where people are very willing to call me out when I’m wrong, and so I don’t have to worry about anyone sheeping me off a cliff.

I am pretty sure my first ever game on MU was a hydra and my partner proceeded to flake so I had to solo carry and everyone knew I was obvious town and I just sheeped disquieted because they seemed townie and knew what they were doing
we lost but I sheeped them well
