About to eat dinner
oh haha, it’s all good. I thought it was sarcasm because of the “fell down part” and when you said that.
Anyways, when you get the chance, could you respond to my questions/thoughts about you?
Additionally, why do you town read Dre’kar?
oh woops, not Era.
I meant Estelle’s scum read on you. What do you make of their read and do you think it’s in good faith or is it an unfair read?
But thank you for your thoughts on Era as well.
Ah, no. It wasn’t sarcasm. Their entrance actually sucked me into this game. I expect to see them continue to act in a similar manner instead of falling off a cliff at some point in the future.
I can look at your posts now
Isn’t “stilted” different from “putting on an act”?
I feel like what you were trying to say there may have been misinterpreted then, since Atlas has been engaging quite comfortably with others.
What are your updated thoughts on Atlas and others?
This post makes me want to take up indignant arms! Era requests an explanation for why just trying to vibe is a problem. And yet - that explanation was provided in the very same quoted post!
That certainly does often come from those with ulterior motives
It’s a problem because it’s something that often comes from woofs.
And I believe that style of entrance actually has quite the potential to be AI. It’s just not currently possible to know if it is AI yet.
And so you may ask - if it’s not possible to know if something is AI, isn’t that just NAI. And that’s where you would be foolishly mistaken. Such pieces of information are not AI at the time of their posting, but their AI nature reveals itself as the course of the game takes further shape. As such it is something to keep an eye on moving forward.
I am indignant as I believe I made these points quite clear and I do not like repeating myself.
I must contemplate on this further to see if my anger at having to repeat myself is clouding my judgment of this Era character - or if the superficiality of Era’s response is actually woofy.
I think that’s a character from a different game…
Another towny post!
I feel like I’m just reverberating the same reads over and over, but I do want to highlight the fact I’m growing more confident. I am becoming more confident in Juliette being town as well.
I would like to apologize for not stating any other reads to help you find me as town. I hope you forgive these misgiving, the reads I had on Atlas/Drek’ar up to that were both not confident at all, and secondly were reads that I expected to change in the future. Watching how Drek’ar reacts to the drama that he (and I also tried push), and watching how Atlas handles themselves are two things that I will probably talk about in the future…after they happen
The points on Estelle and X are well formed, and while Estelle is my mason, everyone must face conflict - and these questions from Era are just the kinds of combative inquiries into Estelle that do make me temper my previous anger toward the slot.
I’ve been told I need to make 15 game-related posts to not get in trouble.

I did acknowledge the fact you thought it often came from wolves… I meant how it applied to me more specifically. It being a thing wolves often do doesn’t mean I am a wolf doing it, does it? If you think it does, then you should have more specific reasons for doing it than applying a general tell, which is also something wolves often do. Do you see how that works?
13 left after this one.

Yes! Let us fight!
I am eagerly anticipating your response to my previous criticisms as I catch back up.
I have Juliet’s as a town read right now after reading their posrs
7 more to go
Maybe I should rephrase this… general tells are all well and good, but applying them in context is important, and when you apply one in context, you should have something more to explain the read than “this tell applies here, therefore this person is X alignment.” I know you didn’t strongly accuse me, but that is why I asked - it seemed like you were just using a generic tell to read me instead of thinking “hm, Era is posting in a way that fits this tell, but is there anything that makes her certainly a wolf doing it?” There was no step 2 in that thinking, only a step 1.
I’m not sure why you want to fight me so badly… I don’t even want this to overwhelm the thread. But that was my intent. And I’m not sure why you want this to be a conflict. Do you still think I’m mafia? If you do, why is that?
I think it’s a bit lazy but I’m trying not to be too harsh because
- it’s on me and as a rule I’m trying to be open-minded toward sus on me instead of just assuming the person’s a wolf
- I can see Estelle latching onto a generic* wolftell just for the sake of getting things rolling
- In the world where Estelle is town, I want to make wolves work for the mislunch
The one thing that gives me pause is how Estelle came back and said something to the tune of, “I reread Lune’s post and I want to ask what they even meant by ‘the right amount of caution.’” There was just a kinda sloppiness to it and usually wolves will have the reasoning at the forefront of their minds when they make a push as opposed to coming back to the thread like, “oh I missed this part that makes the person scummy.”
Basically this is similar to what Atlas said about Estelle moving the goalposts but it’s a thought that moving the goalposts might be towny because in my experience townies tend to be less organized than wolves
Then their response to me where they doubled down on their initial sus that has me seeing some stubbornness to their approach. I’m ruminating on the possibility of it being towny stubbornness. The read is still developing and they could simply be a wolf as is being explored right now, but this is me thinking on the other possibility
I also want town to know that all of my reads/thoughts are a lot more fluid than they probably appear
- = when I say generic I don’t mean this in a negative way, I just mean the concept of having those general tells for both scum/town we all have
I suppose that some of it could be explained by it being early into the game when you were making the read, but even so, I found the depth of thought lacking and so I probed.
I have nothing more to respond to.
This part is towny.
And so is this part. This is self-awareness, but it’s about her process and not about her thread position.
I don’t know if I agree yet, but the posts themselves are towny, I think.
