i thought you were mafia because i thought your focus was too narrow after your initial wallpost and i thought you’d be trying harder to get a better grasp on the game as a whole rather than making a few reads which you stuck to. i also didn’t like the stuff you were trying to dig into because they really didn’t seem like genuine thoughts, especially the JC thing which really did feel like a post straight out of hydra vig 10

obviously it was wrong and these reasons aren’t great but i didn’t scumread you for any of the reasons you listed

i get misread every game :wowee: marl legit called me twtbaw when i was town very recently (though he admittedly used this to townread me which was kinda funny)

okay the way i’d describe it is
the prevalence of toxicity/ate is much greater on fol
but on MU it’s more extreme

like i can play a game on MU without any major issues

i don’t think i’ve played a game on fol without some shit coming up, but it isn’t usually that bad

I think I could have avoided it if I were optimizing for not getting misexe’d rather than optimizing for being right about things

but I also would have been wrong about a lot more (this is spew that there were villagers pushing me, which is already known), and … if I’d decided that what I want to do is tunnel v!Squirrel out of the game, I probably could have, but I don’t think that would have really been better? I’d’ve self-presed on him if it came to it, obviously, but.

(admittedly the last couple times I tried this I was also not right about things :joy_cat:)

(this isn’t a statement on Marshal’s alignment, if she’s a wolf it’s trivially true and if she’s a town then deathtunnelling two villas is worse than deathtunnelling one)
