I mean I do genuinely think it’s a non-terrible proxy
like direct comparisons aren’t perfect but the fact that I have more than 100 times as many messages exchanged with Chloe than with Arctic didn’t happen for no reason
nerds like posts in public so they show up in user profiles
chads like posts in dms where nobody else sees them
