something similar happened in sorc17 and the person self-pressed on was a wolf but in that case that person was going deep

i don’t think arguing over it pre-flip is of much merit considering we’re guaranteed to see his flip
i’m just saying in advance that:

if ash flips illusionist:

  • he probably panicked at eod1, or he knew he wouldn’t flip, pointing to eod participants as having 1+ wolves. this means squirrel could realistically be mafia.

if ash flips vanilla:

  • him self-pressing on squirrel instead of crich is pure coinflip logic. either he wanted to continue the distancing he and squirrel had done throughout the day (since he didn’t care about dying that much as a vanilla role), or he just thought the squirrel wagon was bigger.

squirrel could realistically be mafia in both worlds based purely on ash’s vote, i don’t really see a way to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that he’s town for the vote (or that he’s mafia for the vote).
