I think only 1 in Abbi/Guava/Dole for what I previously stated; I agree they are PoE slots with the flip in mind but I just struggle seeign Abbi & Dole doing the exact same thing if theyre mafia together - esp. if you consider that if theyre mafia together, no one was at risk of them when they did this

And if Guava is mafia… Why put a vote on him when he’s at risk and you will miss EoD? Doesn’t seem that logically sound imo. I suppose I could see Guava+Abbi tho (becuase Abbi loves bussing)

But Dole+Abbi and Dole+Guava I don’t see

I kinda think Luka may be mafia after all due to that because well Tutuu/Leafia obv town and I’d say Luka is more likely than Merpy

this is an interesting dynamic where there are two wolves, and they can’t afford to bus each other during the hell phase, as they lose on the next wolf chop

so please take this into account, my fellow townsmembers. i think we can derive useful pairings based off people’s pushes, and how convincing those pushes are

also be wary of the “white flag” gambit - that is, bussing your partner in this exact scenario, even though it would be game-losing, in a hail merry last resort sort of play

the game is very much winnable tomorrow by sheer brute force imo. we don’t even need to have good reads. i believe its winnable by effort and making the poe squirm alone

To follow up on this; it makes wolves way more likely to try to win through Heaven imo because the parity requirement has dropped to only 4 alive players now

A wolf in Heaven also means their teammate won’t have to defend them in Hell phases

At best they’re good town. At worst they’re scum. While I do still think they’re town a few posts today sent alarm bells in my head(Speciically the ones about not wanting to go up. Town always wants to go up imo, especailly because they don’t seem to actually be offering resistance to it. Its like “I dont want to go up but I do—” which is realyl weird.)

I do get that paranoia mostly but I think with this being heaven phase one it’s different; then ppl just wanna like play the game

It’s like the New TTAG games Luka where ppl sometime preferred power over the good thing in a setup where being voted out is good

Is it not the other way around? Wolves’ wincon is about going up. Town’s wincon is about making the wolves go down.

Thus I, as a Town, will not directly be advancing my wincon by going up. I will be indirectly harming the wolves wincon by taking away one opportunity for them to go up. But I can then stay and push them down to hell, which is directly tied to my wincon.

It is. Both allignments always want to go up. If a town goes up then wolves odnt go up, if a wolf goes up there wincon is furthered.
