I also think merging the ready to review and waiting to start queues gives a much better visualisation of quite how full the backlog of games go which might deter packing the queue?

I am going to 2nd this notion
All Willow did was review something as quickly as possible. I think one could argue that it would have been “proper” to review Astands game first (one which would take significantly longer to review, therefor Jareks game suffers) but regardless it’s like, fine.
