a person comes in and politely addresses nobody asking for an argument to stop and you immediately call them soft and part of the problem
The point here is not that we say ohhhh nooo angger unconstructiveee shoo shoo it away and repress the angree person!
The point here is that we should stop the heated debate as it wonât end well, especially as this is a game of figuring who is who.
i donât know about anyone else but if i was attacked on a personal level i would react violently
