I thought she had vaguely towny posts while drunkposting but I was told they shouldn’t really be taken account for.

I’m unsure how to read leafia, but I dont 100% agree with wind as I remember several times myself saying “unaligned” instead of not w/w. I rly think its just a mistake. Leafia on her own tho I legit don’t know lmao

After that, I’ve read the guide (Effective Wolf Hunting • Mafiascum.net) and asked myself:
Leafia, solid player, as she is. Tries to vote Gorta out to gain credibility because pushing = doing something?
Then the guide asks me Look for the HOW, not the what , so I looked how Leafia literally retracted their vote when they realized doing a mistake, which it doesn’t look like a type of wolf to constantly worry about how they appear to others.

i think its pretty odd that someone is directly relying on a wolfhunting guide because doing so removes… pretty much any AI from your posts. if youre doing things by a formula, then literally the only ai things are the brief personal applications of it. also… just use the quote feature. please. im not clicking through all these links.

Not impossible admittedly.Wind and Zone are now pushing me for the weirdest reasons and I can’t figure their motivation out. It just sounds too stupid to be coming from a wolf, but at the same time, I can’t see any villagery motivation behind it.

Because to me it sounded like you have TMI that zone and I are t/w.

I probed Zone first to see what his reaction was, because I thought it could mean you and he are partnered. He just went straight in and voted you as an immediate reaction, and now you’re saying it’s a stupid take. Idk how much merit it has but I’m a little wary of how Zone reacted. He didn’t ask you any questions about it.

this is a good thought… but i havent seen this in personal interactions with zone.
how has this progressed throughout the game since? do you still believe that zone’s a wolf? because youre voting leafia, right? if you and zone are t/t does that mean leafia isn’t wolfy for this?

The guide also states 1. Was there progression and did it make sense? ; 2. Was there a wolf motivation behind the action?

• They didn’t do much progression in their pushes, as they focus on something else aswell.

So this is why I believe Leafia looks town and not because I have TMI.

But aren’t you supposed to conclude that someone who lacks progression in their pushes is scummy, in normal cases?

Tbf it doesn’t really work like that in Leafia’s case most of the time, but I don’t really understand why you’re following a wolf hunting guide that checks for progression in reads when you’re analyzing a player who often doesn’t make progression in her reads as town. She tends to jump from push to push and then just tunnel once she finds something to latch onto.

It’s been said a couple times already but Atlas’s tone is wolfy

Ignoring his tone, though, I think there’s also a weird handling of certain slots in his reads
He seemed perfectly content to slap a “Leafia is just being Leafia” read and somehow put her above null

There was only one thing that pinged me from min but it’s not enough for me to scumread him for it

Aelin’s making some good points and putting in effort but it’s too early for me to read on her
One time she wolfed against me I’m pretty sure I thought she was town for her pushes and then her activity just dropped and nobody looked at her again
Soooo I’m not confident enough to townread her but at least her posts look like she’s solving, lame explanation I know

I don’t have much to say about Italy yet but in regards to the Leafia thing maybe there’s something to be gleaned, depending on Leafia’s alignment

And Zone i already gave my explanation on a few posts up. I think Leafia’s response to him about the alignment thing and not being able to know 100% if an interaction is v/v was oddly indirect and also not true. Indirect as in, kind of dodging the question.

Actually, you can tell. In the same way that you can tell when an interaction is w/w theater you can obviously tell when it’s not, and often enough you can also make a reasonable guess on whether it’s v/w because of pushing or pocketing, if one player is wolfy and the other one isn’t responding in a way that looks partnered. So by process of elimination, or by the way the players handle each other, you can read an interaction as w/w.

The only time you know for certain is when you’re a wolf though. Also, my post had nothing to do with reading two people as w/w but as v/v. All you can do is make an educated guess that has a chance of being wrong.

Aelin is towny vibes from tone and progression, quick question though for anyone who has played with W!Aelin recently, is if they like to powerwolf at all, because if yes, i will treat the slot with caution in regards to the outcome of their pushes.

i havent played in a while so if youd like some useless self meta, yeah, im not a very “sit back and let things happen” sort of wolf. usually i can be read pretty easily based on my excitement for the game, however this is my second game in many months so even that probably wouldnt be too accurate. theres also the problem of me sucking as town so

I also kinda scumread bliz, mostly because his case against me doesn’t make sense. Hes too confident about a game I played in like almost? A year ago. Like, I mean I understand if that was the last game we played in together with me as wolf but the amlunt of confidence and the fact he acted as if he specifically remembered my meta was so strange
