In all honesty, it would be an ok town role to have something like that because it means that instead of day just ending and a townie going doing without anything else, they can cause the 2nd highest wagon to be gotten instead.
Furthermore should that also be a miss, then it’s stopped people from wasting investigative or killing stuff ‘on the counterwagon’
