I used A1 B2 … Z26 to pass notes a few years earlier, because I was not sophisticated at 7 and couldn’t invent anything better.

I made an extensive code - not a cipher, a code - using numbers for various common/important words for elementary schoolers like “playground” that I lost. It had two iterations. It was just 4-digit numbers corresponding to words.

I made it just as I transferred to a new school. I never actually trusted anybody with it.
