St can always kill the new po fwiw
If the demon is changed into the po
St can kill no one to signify a demon change

if the pithag targets the demon player and changes their demon character, 0 deaths on that night
if pithag targets a minion player and makes them into a demon, 2 deaths on that night, 1 of them is the old demon, the other one is an arbitrary town player
