I never swear in front of my parents (except one incident in which I had an undisclosed amount of wine and used “fuckin” as a filler word half under my breath but my mother has bad hearing so I don’t think she noticed) but SOMETIMES I will almost accidentally say damn or hell because my internet friends make me forget they’re swears
