frost claiming a check on jail is willfully terrible in that it is beneficial to no one but like. surely as scum his team would tell him to smake a better claim, rrright? it feels more like a townie going off the road map rather than scum who is cornered makign stuff up even if the way he handled the claim has been supremely unsatisfying
