I’m only partway through my backread, but Zorvo is taking on a really different tone this game that’s tossing me around like the ping-pong ball. He stated he was gonna try to change his playstyle ahead of this game, so it’s in theory NAI, but adopting an entirely different style of, like… speaking, and doing things, makes it a thousand times harder to read him with meta, and so it’s still an inherently scum-beneficial act. Usually, this is where I’d just drop a vote on him and see how he reacts, but I tried that last game and didn’t get the kind of results I was looking for because of the different environment of the hydra, and it eventually led me to misvoting his slot. You’d remember, you were the one who subbed into it.

I dunno. I tend to have trouble catching up on games when I haven’t been involved in them at all, and this one’s no exception. I read by poking. Haven’t had a chance to do any poking yet. Nobody is saying my name it’s soooo boring saying Jaiden or Olivest doesn’t count even though we’re hte same person.

I am somewhat notorious for being a LHF, just being an easy target to take out immediately. It’s an apparent curse that I have, seemingly being unable to improve at my play, despite my attempts to do so. My final action is to retreat from Mafia entirely, I am downloading Among Us as we speak.

More seriously, this isn’t an excuse for poor play, it’s an explanation for why, despite playing the game for [checks wiki] 4 years (wow, really?), I am still pretty much always wolfread (except for that one time in SFoL 00: AU on OldForum where I somehow absolutely swept as the equivalent of a CL, which will remain my crown jewel and my absolute peak).

At least your explanation was satisfactory and excellent, and does provide some insight into what constitutes wolfy play; most of it does not apply to me, as those were both posts for my enjoyment, and for the (to you) unknown information that I am a LHF.

Frost is in my POE, and flipping wolf would codify my current readlist, same as Leafia’s flip will for most people. This would arguably clear Hippo and Sulit, and has odd implications for Kiiruma’s alignment as well.

This read is based upon the delusion that Hippo is a fairly straightforward and level-headed player. In the game he linked, Questions FM, Hippo was a low-effort player who outed evil a couple times on the first day. He indicated that he didn’t believe his ability has improved much since then either, which would be a weird thing to lie about. His suspicion on Proph mindmelds with the lacking townreads I noticed myself, so he’s presumably pure.

I would like to differentiate my position from Hippo’s position here. I like Proph’s slot in totality, I just wanted to be thorough. Hippo saw something weird and called it out, which dampened his view of Proph’s slot in its entirety.

This is a highly towny position for someone to be in, I think.

His early game docked a few points, but his initial scumread on Proph had an understandable take, and I thought his perspective had been fairly linear; seeing a weird behaviour coloured his entire read on a slot. Hasn’t been posting fluff or anything.

Furthermore, this read feels out of place for Leafia to say about a partner, although her jump-in later is not. She does like jumping into chats that mention her teammates.

If Hippo was trying to defend Leafia, there wouldn’t be much of a reason to call her out for being suspicious in public right before (#566). This doesn’t come across as something that w!Hippo would need to say, or something that Leafia would ask him to say.

Hazard’s town reads that as always looser then a worn out pair of socks.
Magnus has done in my opinion some of the best reads this game and has push points that i don’t see being weak or miss constructed. He seems one of the highest people willing to solve this game in the quiet periods of the day usually keeping a solid conversation to the other mass of people awake.

Zennon is Echoing her last game i have played with her (Hells echo EYO i am a comedian) She was fishing for reactions and when she got them bit instantly into them on day 1. dont know if this is similar to what she does as scum but i know this was a massive town move she did in hells echo and the stratgem 27 game i spectated.

Proph (this is why i said my names are not in order) Gut read more or less i like her interactions and her trying to dig through leafia’s voting patterns and interactions to see who she could be alligned with felt like a townie move.

Kiiruma, (who should have been moved to null again but i was too lazy to) i originally had them in town lean cause of there interactions with me on the first day case in point not trying to instantly puppeteer me i even layed out some bait for him and everything but he never grabbed it. but then his reads and his constant paranoia about everything today makes me wanna juggle his slot a bit

Sulit- they said i was funny :D. but nah they are on the bottom of town lean just because my mind is telling me they are fine but my stomach is telling me their is something up. so they are on trip wire mode. (i will have to read into this one as well.
