Itâs not there, but I find it really funny how a countermeasure was built in just in case.

if it was a countermeasure to call option then i would much prefer a power that says âfor every health target player has over 100, they take 3 damage (all in one burst)â
I think we can lower the threshold (though weâd need to alter the secondary ability to compensate).

its possible i mislead the players a bit by overly emphasizing to just try to think of ideas, i just wanted people to not stress over balance, not that they canât suggest their own values. but itâs perfectly fine, thatâs whyâll have this phase, we can suggest a value for everything
or something like âEnergy Bombâ (listed below) but less fucking stupid

Energy Bomb: Burn X to cause another player to gain X Health. If this causes their Health to exceed 100, they die and divide their Health among all players except Energy Bombâs owner as unblockable damage (rounded down).
