It’s because I play a remarkably consistent game regardless of my alignment. I will do things that are considered conventionally scummy regardless of my alignment because I just do not care about said conventions. I also remember every response I give to every focal point in any given game.

To put it bluntly we’re two people who know the other player is dangerous and it’s in both of our natures to immediately engage in an unfamiliar space.
