Trust Fall [Experimental Turbo] - [1/9]

the biggest risk for leaving outstanding offers is that player accepting another offer and you no longer having an out from the game

Jesus you people are nerds

itā€™s a turbo

to be honest i donā€™t think the idea of this game is even that bad, since most issues were caused by people unintentionally throwing (which doesnā€™t actually make it throwing because it has to be deliberate to count as throwing, but i donā€™t want to call atlas dumb either) or spite, neither of which are really aā€¦ setup problem

think thatā€™s well worth the risk because in a turbo nobodyā€™s thinking that far ahead lol

the apprentice aelin trust kinda locked the game yeah

Iā€™m sure for this setup the metaā€™s gonna just change a lot over the course of a lot of play throughs

which is fine

i think it might be better with a bigger player count though

I kinda think game falls apart in a more long-term setting, where wolves get PoEā€™d and town has time to coordinate / figure out what trusts mean.

but thereā€™s a lot of room to grow when it comes to game meta, was honestly pretty interesting to see

yeah Iā€™d enjoy this if it was run in a longer setting I think? idk how that would go actually

3 minutes if Im there

in a longer environment coordinated/arranged trusts are more likely to occur but thereā€™s still always the possibility for 2 players to go off on their own so i kinda like how thereā€™s two dynamics to it

catching 1 wolf is winning which is kind of yikes

I also kinda think wolves should offer to each other more

which is why I think Itā€™d be interesting in a bigger player count

since I cleared atlas since I guessed it wouldnā€™t be w/w

the problem is this basically means anyone can try to be a hero

I literally offered crichard

in the end me and arctic died so it was all good

turbos are more fun than i thought
its like SoD where everyone memeing except like 2 people but thats the entire time and you get instant dopamine

you didnā€™t offer strategically you wanted the host to can the game

This setup is a lot like short fuse where every individual has enough agency to majorly change game

kinda hard to balance, if town works to coordinate well it can shake out to be v townsided but it does have the loltown aspect that can work.
plus I like the dynamic of wolves not instantly accepting and staying in thread, can lead to some solid powerwolf scenarios.
