The wolf hides in plain sight
Readies to take of us a bite
They post and yet do not hunt
Question but do not confront
I did not participate in Umineko, Gyr.
he does say stuff like this as town to let you know.
?? I just meant that it’s something I say when I’m Town (like in Umineko), so you red flag was incorrectly triggered.
anyway if someone figures out this riddle and votes for the right player they get lock town status for the game
Can I have three guesses?
Even if not, I think this is a fair case.
Commentary.
Questioning, which you mentioned.
Jarek’s reaction to being pushed feels more likely to come from town, who feels they should be obvious town and is annoyed that isn’t the case at least from Leafia.
Commentary(?). Also a townlean, but it’s not a polarising townlean. I made a similar mention when I was casing Alana, about mentioning but not getting involved with the Jarek/Leafia stuff, but it could apply to CRichard.
It probably doesn’t help that jokes tend to be less obvious in text only environments.
I can believe Leafia as town didn’t get the joke and voted you for that reason.
Eh I have a hard time seeing that. It sounds like min wants to wolf read you for your reaction to Leafia earlier, and doesn’t want to.
Good catch. I’m also leaning towards Alana and Rad being unpaired, because if those two shared a scum chat. I feel that Rad would tell Alana before the latter posted that Leafia didn’t vote on Jarek for RVS.
Speaking of which. Alana’s catch-up post pinged me, as outside Leafia and Jarek they mentioned my slot as a town read and it’s the posts trying to get on my good side that I take note of.
Now you mention it, Litten feels underwhelming this game.
At this stage. I can chalk it up to early D1 and not wanting to try hard as either alignment.
I’m pretty sure FRink has a read list, if I’m reading this post correctly.
FRink:kingtroll is in
rad is out
alana can hang outPretty barebones don’t you think?
Porscha:is this a soft claim as the singer
Lets not speculate on this out loud.
A whole lot of commentary.
FRink is still underwhelming, and I haven’t seen anything that makes me want to take them out of PoE.
VOTE: FRink
Will be back later.
Got real life stuff coming up.
Votes FRink without preamble, doesn’t really follow up on this.
I understand there is talk about the Singer being scum aligned, though the mafia wiki read makes me confident that isn’t the case. If Zorvo for some inexplicable reason made them scum aligned, I’ll have words with them post game.
Achro, Min and Litten being 3 evils voting on me as a block would be wild, though realistically that’s incredibly unlikely.
As scum would probably try to avoid voting with their buddies to lessen VC associations.
Kinda feels like the progression here is off.
I don’t see the A to B process in action here.
I think this is a decent enough call-out post.
In addition, my instincts tell me that if they are wolfing then they’d probably try to manufacture a reason out of thin air which I don’t think is the case here.
If I talked myself out of W!min worlds, then lol me. Though it’s probably not something I’d seriously entertain for today at least.
Backs off the call-out in the next AI post, from what I bothered to quote.
Good question now you mention it. I’d look at KingTroll, Porscha, Grylander, FRiink, Alana and maybe Leafia if the previous names are misses and you are town.
The names I didn’t mention here are those I have reasons to think they’re more likely to be of the town alignment.
Commentary.
KingTroll is a weird slot where I’m at. I’ve seen at least one town read thrown their way, yet I only remember them for liking every post I make under the sun. Which might mean something.
seem to remember Grylander had more WIM in the Unimeko game hosted earlier, and they were town.
Yet this game, they feel like a wet noodle in comparison.
This was about agreement, CRichard didn’t bring up the Gyr wagon. In Kaguya I mainly nailed CRichard as evil because he kept changing his mind, trying to align his thoughts with my worldview to get on my good side, which came across as unnatural. It’s obviously not like that here, but… it’s still interesting.
Briefling skimming Gyr ISO in 80’s Overhaul, which I co-hosted BTW.
They aren’t afraid to bus their partners, though the Magnus bus was an accident.
There’s that.
For context, Gyr hammered me by mistake when I was effectively doomed, although we’ll never know if I would’ve managed to sway Town. I wasn’t socially awful.
I’ve seen how you play in Happy Tree Friends Achro. From what I’ve seen, you being towny is something you can do as both alignments.
CRichard isn’t really being cautious of Achro, or being cautious of anyone in particular from what I’ve seen? I don’t know.
Unpaired with Jarek and Leafia maybe. A second opinion would be nice.
I don’t mind Gyrlander as a wagon. Admittedly I don’t have many games regarding Gyr meta, yet the ones I’ve seen so far are nagl for them.
VOTE: Grylander
Ties back to the agreement principle.
Upon 2nd thought, Town Malfunctioning Nexus seems pretty anti-town on the surface though I can see worlds where it would be pro-town by redirecting scum non-killing actions.
Mech talk.
That’s probably true, seeing as town have more opportunities to target Litten and have their action redirected than scum tbh.
Thing is, assuming Litten is town then scum probably aren’t going to bother using non-killing actions on them.
Short answer that you’d find hard to believe is that I have a green rolecard.
Long answer is that I’ve been doing my thing trying to find the towns in this game and go for players who I don’t think are town.I’ve been getting around to asking you about your vote on me. I did so with min earlier.
As you said before, if you vote me without context it’s harder to provide a defence to it.
An evil can claim to have a greek card, that’s NAI.
“Trying to find Towns”, when CRichard’s been mostly chilling?
I should revisit why I put FRink in my PoE. They felt UTR last time I talked about them, and it seems not so much now.
I didn’t notice any discussion on FRink prior to this point, despite voting them earlier, so that would’ve been good.
Regarding Achro/Neon’s discussion from earlier. I’d like to mention why even killing a low posting scum is good for town.
The most obvious reason is that it advances the town win condition of eliminating threats to the town. I don’t think I need to explain this more.
By killing scum, you reduce their votes + abilities they can use each cycle.
All very well and good, but it’s not socially helpful. If CRichard was evil, this could potentially TMI no low posting evils, but that feels like a stretch.
Gyr is probably not aligned with Leafia, Achro, you and Min.
If Gyr flips wolf, then the above-named slots are likely just spewed town pending further analysis. If Gyr flips town, then I’m hoping there is KP to resolve the counter-wagon. As it would be good to know if scum were either trying to save a buddy (Scum counter-wagon), or that they were ok with the EoD wagons and were chilling in their DMs waiting for a flip (Town counter wagon).
And that’s about it. I don’t really scumread CRichard, I’m not getting anywhere near the same vibes from Kaguya endgame, but I figured you might. Whatever.
Strike 1
I regret opening that spoiler
I get the feeling it’s Neon.
I get the feeling it’s Neon.
I’m like 87% sure that it is in fact not me lol
I have hunted quite a bit.
Not Neon. Neon and Achro disagree on methods to success, but both wholesome.
Oh no it’s Frinckles!
no
ok i give up
My one and only guess is Alana
nope
Is someone who hasn’t been on this morning methinks cause Achro has said that everyone posting recently looked good
